Innovative Solutions is the one stop shop for all your needs related to TEFL education and ESL teachers' placement. We take due pride in successfully placing ESL teachers in various locations across Thailand. But does our responsibility ends there? It does not. We know that any individual would face problems in Bangkok or other cities if he/she does not have a basic understanding of the Thai Language at least.

We follow the "immersion" method of teaching a language which makes it so much easier for a candidate to pick up a foreign language. We give a lot of emphasis on spoken Thai and the students are encouraged to speak in Thai language right from the first day. This helps to increase their confidence level.

Our curriculum is divided into three main levels – Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced. Now with each level a student graduates to the next step in Thai language training. All the levels consist of two sub-levels. This helps the students to get a better grasp of the language as the teaching involved is very systematic and methodical.

The students are placed in small groups of six to ten students. These students come from different countries and have different cultural backgrounds. So the intermixing between these students helps in overcoming the cultural differences and thus removes any apprehension of speaking Thai in public places. Apart from this the students are also taught the methods of translation – Thai to English and English to Thai.
