Cultural Training ?
The implementation of the Teachers’ Council and Educational
Personnel Act in the year 2003 necessitated the possession of a
teaching license by all teachers, issued by the Teachers’ Council
of Thailand. In addition to this rule, Thailand’s MOE ( Ministry
of Education) declared that going through a 20 – hour Training
program based on Thai Culture and Teacher Professional Code of
Ethics, will be a must for all foreign applicants who wish to come
to Thailand for a teaching career. As a result of taking such
program, all the foreign teacher applicants will be granted to a
teaching license in Thailand which will enable them obtain work
permits easily. Evaluation after the training program is conducted
and foreign teachers must also pass on their knowledge and
understanding of Thai language and culture, as well as
professional ethics. Along with this, an applicant must have sound
knowledge on the technicalities of teaching. This ensures
professional standards of teachers and educational personnel
across the country.
However it should be taken into account that this applies to only
those teachers who are willing to work in Thai public schools. A
license is not a necessity for those who want to work in private
schools or in language centers as private business do not fall
under the Teacher’s Council of Thailand. Hence, taking all these

Introduction to Thai Cultural Training
The Thai Cultural Training by Innovative Solutions consists of
various aspects covering Thai Language, manners, arts and music,
etc. The objectives are to enhance foreigners' knowledge of Thai
art, lifestyle and culture especially in western part of Thailand
and help to develop better communication. Attention is given to
the fact that teaching Thai Language is done in the easiest method

The Thai Cultural Training is surely necessary because it helps a

to be known by the foreign applicant in order to abide by the
