prospective teachers are aware of the required qualifications, the
type of jobs that will be offered to them and the basic details of
the contracts.
An ideal teacher should have a bachelor’s degree, a TEFL
certificate and some relevant experience. If you satisfy this
criterion then you will find lucrative teaching jobs in Thailand.
This also helps you to get the work permit. And it is also
advisable that you apply well in advance of the session so that
your name can be considered. There might be a genuine concern
among the teachers about the reputation of the employers. We
contact s few former teachers of the school to get first hand
information about the correctness of the information that the
school provides and the condition of the accommodation provided.
Most of the teachers’ contracts are of 5 months which are
extendable. Some of the teachers get contracts for 2 months also
and some for one full year. It actually depends on the school. As
it has been mentioned earlier, it is advised that you get some
sort of relevant experience before applying. However, you are
eligible even if you are short of experience. In fact some private
language schools, high schools and universities in Thailand
recruit teachers who do not have prior experience.
Most teachers have a definite age-group in mind when applying. So
be sure to indicate that at the time of submitting the
application. Please note that if you are selected transportation
costs will be borne by you only. Secondly, the salary is usually
fixed for the contract period with virtually zero chance of an
increase.

application of the candidates and in order to overcome that we
charge a nominal fee of 10 USD. Sometimes this cost is paid by the
school where the teacher gets selected. This cost is utilized by
Innovative Solutions for betterment of services. Employers can
